Nanocrete Cellulose Fibers (NCF) work with the cement and eventually, during the process, become part of the cement as a binder for the material itself. Particulate sizes range from 1 micron to 100 micron.
These ultra small cellulose fibers range in size form 1 micron ( a human hair is about 50 microns) to 20 microns or more. These are Natural fibers of cellulose produced from chemically treated pulps. The unidirectional cellulose microfibrils constitute the reinforcing elements in the fiber matrix. The structure is built as a multi-ply construction with layers of cellulose microfibrils at different angles to the fiber axis.
